Bizarre and Obscure.

I actually quite like bizarre and obscure things. They make me calm in some way. Things that really stick out and say 'hey, I'm here too! Don't hate on me just because I'm different'. I especially like bizarre fashion. And then most of you might think 'hey! She's talking about Lady Gaga'. Well...so that we get things clear: I don't like Lady Gaga that much. She's making bizarre and obscure things even more weird and outcast than it already is. It's a disgrace, that's what it is. Don't get me wrong, I like her as a performer. I just don't really like the way she's presenting the stuff she wears. Especially since I think, she's dead-ugly. My honest opinion. And she's becoming uglier and uglier. But bizarre and obscure art...and fashion, when it's not worn by somebody who discriminates it. Now that's something I really like and enjoy. Stuff that's a little out of shape. Out of balance. I like it that it's becoming trendy to wear a different earring in each ear. In that way it becomes out of balance. For instance: a big earring in one ear and a small earstick in the other. I think it has a certain charm. I really do. Lot's of colors too. I love colors. Okay, I admit, I'm not the one wearing most colors. At all. I really don't like wearing colors myself. But it's mostly because I like to draw attention to my eyes and my hair. I love the color of my eyes and the red pigment in my hair, makes the blue color stand more out. Therefore I wear clothes with little color. 'cause if one looks at someone and thinks 'wow! Colorful clothes!' one might not notice the smaller detail of the person in place. Instead they focus on the beauty of the colorful play that's going on on the clothes. It makes a person more interesting to look at, if they wear lots of colors, I'll give you that one. But I don't want to draw attention to my all to slim body, so that's why I try to make people focus on my head. And mostly, they do focus on that. Especially my hair. Or a hat that I'm wearing. Or something like that. And then they start drawing attention to my clothing and then my non-existing curves. It's my own personal technique and I think it works pretty well. But! Non the less, I really like and respect it when people wear colorful clothing! Like my friend Lia Knudsen! She really wears colors with style. And with grace. When she first started my class, she had pink hair. Now it's silver. And she always wears these outfits that match her perfectly. And she absolutely adores pink. And she dares to put it off! I respect her so much for that. But oh well, she has everything a girl could want. Body, face and personality. She's a great girl. And has great fashion sense. But fashion and clothing is a very personal thing. It tells people about the person underneath it. If you wear clothes, which is not so easily spotted, you might be the type of person, who likes to hide a little bit away. Maybe this person is a little shy. And on the other hand, if you wear colorful clothes that say, 'here I am!', you might be a very outgoing person and will want to draw a lot of attention to yourself. Of course this is just for some people. Not for all. Clothing is such a personal thing...don't you agree?
